In order to make any commissions, you must first enroll as a Prosperity Alliance™ Representative, or PAR.
To enroll as a Prosperity Alliance™ Representative, you must pay the $99.001 annual signup package plus the first month’s website hosting fee of $9.952 for your Prosperity Alliance self-replicated Back Office web site , for a total initial expenditure of $108.95. The Prosperity Alliance Back Office contains a host of essential tools to help you monitor and manage your business. To continue in good standing as a PAR, you must continue to pay the monthly web site hosting fee.*
If you have only enrolled as a PAR and not yet met the requirements below to earn commissions on any of the upper level courses available (Financial Prosperity™ and Billionaire Entrepreneur Summit Training™), you are still eligible to collect commissions from Million Dollar Training™ sales. Please review the charts below to understand the commission structure for you, as a PAR, when you sell a Million Dollar Training™ Seminar. |

Million Dollar Training™ Package
To become a Million Dollar Training™ Associate (MDTA), you must sell 1 Million Dollar Training™ seminar OR you may qualify by purchasing the Million Dollar Training™ seminar yourself. You must maintain PAR requirements to be eligible for the following commissions.*

Financial Prosperity™ Package

* If a representative’s recurring monthly website hosting fee is not paid, that representative will not be eligible for commissions, and the commission amount will roll up to a maximum of two generational levels and then be breakage to the company. (Please review the example below.)
Once a representative is qualified for commissions at their level, they will remain qualified unless they have not successfully paid the monthly fee within the last 30 days.
If a sponsor does not exist or if the sponsor is not eligible for commissions, then the commission amount will roll up to a maximum of two generational levels and then be breakage to the company.
EXAMPLE: A signs up B; B signs up C; C signs up D; D then sells an Billionaire Entrepreneur Summit Training™. If neither C nor B are currently paid on monthly dues nor are currently at the rank of Billionaire Entrepreneur Summit Training™ Associate or Billionaire Entrepreneur Summit Training™ Partner, the commission would go directly to the company. |
Rank Qualification Criteria:
The “clock” does not begin for accrual of the 10 required sales, to achieve partner rank at any level, until after the Representative has paid for the same level in full.
For example, Jay signs up to be a Representative. Jay sells 11 people into Million Dollar Training™ seminars. 7 of those people decide to purchase Financial Prosperity™. Jay only needs to sell an additional 4 Million Dollar Training™ seminars to achieve FPA and he sees that he is missing out on the commissions for the 7 people who have already signed up for Financial Prosperity™. Jay then decides to purchase the Financial Prosperity™ seminar himself to achieve the FPA rank so that he can immediately begin earning commissions on all future Financial Prosperity™ seminar sales in his downline. Now that Jay has achieved the FPA rank, he is either able to continue an additional 14 Million Dollar Training™ seminars to achieve the rank of FPP since that would be a total of 25 Million Dollar Training™ sales OR since Jay has now achieved the rank of FPA he can also sell 10 Financial Prosperity™ seminars to achieve the rank of FPP. The previous 7 sales for Financial Prosperity will not count towards these 10 sales as the clock does not begin until he reached the rank of FPA.
Maximum Sponsor Commission (Override):
The maximum number of overrides on any level on any personally sponsored representative is ten (10). This number is inclusive of any overrides that were either paid upline due to ineligibility or breakage to the company.
As in the example above, Jay sells 11 Million Dollar Training™ seminars. 7 of those people decide to purchase Financial Prosperity™. Before Jay has taken the action necessary to become an FPA himself, one of these people, named Steve, who have purchased Financial Prosperity and who has also become a representative goes out and sells 3 Million Dollar Training™ seminars himself. Jay would receive his commissions on these sales and his sponsor would receive the overrides. When one of these people purchase Financial Prosperity, Steve will receive his FPA commission and Jay will not receive the override since he is not eligible to receive commissions on Financial Prosperity™ sales until he becomes a FPA. Additionally, now Jay is only eligible to receive 9 overrides on any of Steve’s future Financial Prosperity™ sales, provided Jay becomes an FPA before the next sale, otherwise the clock will continue to countdown from 10 maximum overrides to zero unless Jay becomes an FPA before Steve sells all 10 qualifying Financial Prosperity™ sales.
